We are able to offer a wide range of floor and wall tiles for both kitchens and bathrooms. We can supply and fit ceramic, porcelain, marble and glass tiles and offer advice on styles and design. Our preferred supplier ensures that we get the best rates for your tiles and we employ our own tilers to ensure that the workmanship is equal to the rest of the build.

Solid Oak Flooring
3b construction can design and produce solid oak flooring for your new home in Dumfries and Galloway. We buy the oak, then our highly-skilled carpenters treat it and cut it at our workshops, before fitting it in your new home.
Electrical Fittings
We are able to offer a number of choices for the electrical fittings in your new home. These range from basic white socket and light switches to top of the range Heritage Brass or Chrome.
We are able to fit all types of lighting, and can offer advice on what will best compliment the natural light in your new home. There are plenty of options including wall lights, up lighters or down lighters. 3b construction is also able to provide exterior lighting for patios and decking or security lighting around your property.
We are able to wire alarm systems and if you require cabling for home entertainment systems we are experienced in multi room satellite cabling.
Built in Wardrobes
If your new home has built-in storage for clothes, we will provide a standard layout for shelving and rails. If you would like a specific layout for built-in wardrobes, please discuss your requirements with the project manager.
